Are the Democrats the limited Elite of America? If you’re not a Democrat you are uneducated, unfair and unbalanced? Conservative people are not intellectuals? Who does this executive of NPR think he is?
Is this the views of all Democrats in America; bigots? This obvious Democrat spoke what he pointedly claimed to be his opinion but how many others share his opinions?
Schiller stated “It is a very large uneducated population that caries views,” from what I gathered of the tape Blaming Moslem's for everything going wrong in the middle east. The way in which it was stated implied much more in that one statement alone.
Schiller also stated “It is more about anti-intellectualism then political and University by definition is considered to be liberal.” Well Mr. Schiller if you wish to talk definitions Liberal by definition means:

12. of, pertaining to, or based on the Liberal Arts

15. ( often initial capital letter ) a member of a liberal party in politics, especially of the Liberal party in Great Britain.”
Just to name a few; these you may find in Dictionary dot com on the internet. And no where in there does it say restrict peoples freedoms due to a religious belief or restrict a way of life based on religious beliefs. It also says nothing about being better then anyone else. Also along with the good it says please take special note of #10. and #11 above while you are at it.
By definition “The Conservative” people are listed below. I don’t seem to find anywhere in these definition where they state a Conservative is stupidly uneducated or non intellectual.
1. disposed to preserve existing conditions, institutions, etc., or to restore traditional ones, and to limit change.
2. cautiously moderate or purposefully low: a conservative estimate.
3. traditional in style or manner; avoiding novelty or showiness: conservative suit.
4. ( often initial capital letter ) of or pertaining to the Conservative party.
5. ( initial capital letter ) of, pertaining to, or characteristic of Conservative Jews or Conservative Judaism
6. having the power or tendency to conserve preservative.
7. Mathematics . (of a vector or vector function) having curl equal to zero; non-rotational; lame.
8. a person who is conservative in principles, actions, habits, etc.
9. a supporter of conservative political policies.
10. ( initial capital letter ) a member of a conservative political party, especially the Conservative party in Great Britain.
11. a preservative.
I suppose one could say after studying the definitions closely; that one could argue that the Liberals are prone to great spending, little regard for the letter of the law or strict laws in any way. They however fail miserably when it comes to not being prejudice or bigotry since they allow any and all religion to be spoken of and taught but God, Jesus or the Holy Ghost the Holy Bible or anything pertaining to it.
Now apparently some goes even much further and deeper then that if we can believe the words spoken by; I believe he is “now” former executive Ron Schiller.
Neither believers are uneducated they just have different points of views on both sides. Neither side can even be close to being considered non intellectuals; they just express things differently. Different doesn’t mean right or wrong it just simply means different.
It is this battle between the two parties which is why nothing is getting done or what is getting done isn’t necessarily being done right. Creating new laws don’t seem to be the answer when we don’t even attempt to enforce the laws we have in affect now. Spending even more money isn’t going to work when we have no more money to spend. It is common sense that both parties seem to be lacking and of coarse everyone is quick to place blame on each other when both are in the wrong.
I can only hope this Mr. Ron Schiller’s view points are not a shared trait by either the Democratic or Republican party and rather just one man’s bigoted point of view. That man in my opinion is a disgrace to any public media.
